KS, * Matt Dennis; Director of the Kansas Bigfoot Center (PO Box 161101; Wichita; KS 67216); found tracks while quail hunting with Chris S.; in southern Greenwood County; Kansas; 60 miles NE of Wichita; 11/18. The three photos he mailed in had toes visible; narrow heels; and were about 12 to 14 inches long. They were in an alfalfa field; that had been long since harvested. Matt said the stride of the four tracks was about five feet long; and he took a plaster cast of the best track. (Stride is defined as one-half the distance measured between the left heel; and it's appearance again) This report is in his Official Member Booklet (see Books); and he wants to be considered a Kansas branch of the WBS.Local,

KS, While in that same area; Matt said other events have happened that might be Bigfoot related. In early spring of 1994 he and a friend; Mike R. were fishing the south part of Salt Creek; when about midnight or 1 AM; a large animal walked to the north of them on the other side of the creek. "We couldn't get a good look at it because my flashlight was not bright enough to see that far; but we could see two yellow eyes that were around 7 foot off the ground. Again; on May 28th while on the creek; Matt and several other people heard a very loud; low pitched yell that came from the bottom land just west of the creek.
